It's funny that the Love Gun and Destroyer (first album, well, 8-track, I ever bought) covers were so iconic to me as a kid, but I didn't know anything about him, or that he even painted those. And then when I got to know more about comics and the writers and the artists, that's when I found out who he was. I'm so glad to see several of his beautiful works in your care, where they can be appreciated and preserved. Rest in Peace, Ken.  Thank you, I am astonishing lucky to have a large collection of Ken Kelly art. You have an excellent piece there! Great to hear that it is also in good hands and appreciated. |

It was with a local collector and I was getting a Conan piece from him, I mentioned it to Ken Kelly and then his son went to collect the Tigress for me so that Ken and his wife could see it again. |
