As much as I appreciate these Walt sketches of Manhunter (my favoritework of his, I also appreciate the lengthy and thoughtful write-up that accompanies them. So many pieces I decide not to leave a comment on because "if the owner has nothing to say about it, why should I?" I love the personal context that goes with these pieces, it makes them that much better.

I always thought Moline was deserving of greater recognition and bigger things. He kicked butt on Fray and I loved his style, reminscent of the Gaijin Studios school. This is a truly might example. Congrats!

Seth's work on this GN was extrordinary. How fortunate to have two examples of such precious few pieces of work. I can only image where he'd be now, had he not passed too soon.

I love Giffen as much as anyone, but this might actually have improved on the one this is a take-on. It still has that Giffen flavor to it, but tonally knocks it out of the park. Great call.

Robinson's got a great edgy, sideways style. Angular, sharp but in a reality all it's own. Fantastic page. Western as a genre he certainly has an affinity for making fresh.

I remember the big selling point being that it was based on B-movie actress Sybil Danning while not actually looking like Sybil Danning. I picked it up anyway, including this one.
