Wow!  Strange to say, but the purple really adds to the mood on this one!  Wonder why they didnt use it, because it captures the feel of that series. Reminds me a bit of Bisley.

Its cool to see a page that is hand colored, especially in water color. It adds depth and a lot of texture, in a different way than inking.  Cool piece!

I enjoyed this series from the writing and the art.  It was a bit quirky, and if it was DC and in the 90's definietly would have slotted in under the Vertigo banner.  Brilliant page with great shading and detail.

Anacleto is an amazing talent and his photorealistic style is amazing.

This was my first SSOC (I actually cut out the Bud Plant order form to get the Elric Set on back).  Nebres' work on the main story is stunning.  This pin up as printed in the book has nothing on this original.  Great piece!

Congrats, an iconic piece in this series.  The only one that meant more to me was the cover to Sailor on the Seas of Fate!

Wow!  This is my youth here, scouring the Waldenbooks for new things to read!  The ERB John Carter Series and DAW Elric (and other Moorcook books) are right there with it!
