What an amazing piece of art with a story that's close to matching it. Jack Kirby certainly was (*is*) the greatest comic book artist who has ever lived. That, and he was extremely kind to his fans. May God keep him always. Thanks for the amazing art & wonderful story behind this astounding commission.

My brother had taught me the love and respect for raw penciled pieces. But getting one by King Kirby is like stumbling upon a hidden piece of pure gold. Thanks for sharing this cool piece.

Many of us usually talk of Jazzy John's incredible pencil work. However, let us not forget his legendary inking as well. And here you get it all; Spider-Man penciled "and" inked by the definitive Spidey artist himself. And in an iconic crawling position no less. What a score!

As of late, I've been looking to get this series in PB form, adding it to my growing Marvel library. It is one of the immortal Marvel storylines with art to envy the gods themselves! With all that being said, this page "IS" truly a grail from a grail book! Huge congrats on scoring this my Thanos/ Doom booster friend.

I've come to really appreciate Mr. Finch's style of art. This Batman piece truly displays "The Dark Knight" as the creature that the criminals of Gotham dread. Very striking.

I personally commissioned Mr. Hall to do this Doom piece for me. It was at the San Diego Comic Con back in the late '90s. I re-sold it some time ago. I'm very pleased to see this go to someone who really appreciates it. Thanks for sharing.

Being a fan of "Superman The Movie" I too have grown to be a huge fan of Gary's art as well. Chris Reeve is still the definitive "big screen" Superman for me, and Mr.Frank's depiction of the late great actor comes across loud and clear in his art. Grail covers? "Definately"~ "BRAVO'!!!

Nothing much better than having a Harley Quinn commission done by her original creator. And a fine one at that. Wonderful detail and great shading. Bruce appears to really have taken his time on this one. Congrats!

Incredible profile page featuring Daredevil. It's so often over-looked what a great job John Sr. did on The Man Without Fear. Lettering? Words would have only gotten in the way of this masterpiece.

"Infamous"! The actual cover that helped to create "The Comics Code"?? Even as I look upon the original art for this cover, I still find it hard to believe. Beyond the art itself, the signifigance of the rich history behind this piece makes it priceless. This just blows my mind.

What a great moment out of this unforgetable battle. Superman "finally" has enough of being tossed around by Spider-Man. And in a second, Supes just about loses it, along with Spidey close to losing his head as well. Good thing he pulled that punch! Anyway, a page to be proud of out of a classic key book.
