A couple of TIEs screaming overhead might be nice. Which reminds me of the two issues Andrea did in the Screaming

Really digging the combo of Infantino and Nebres, the deep blacks on this page look really nice!

Of all people who I would never have imagined as a Star Wars writer, Tim Truman takes the cake! So wild. Speaking of wild, what's up with that dude's ears?

Yeah, Tim Truman predominantly handled writing duties, but did the art chores on a couple of the 15 or 18 issues he scripted during the Dark Horse era.

What a killer page!!! Loved this sequence from that episode of the series! Baylan Skoll is such a great character, RIP Ray Stevenson. The recast of the character in season 2 is pretty solid with Rory McCann but he's got some huge shoes to fill. Still I'm glad the story of that character will continue on.

His passing will be a huge loss for the roll. But as Benjamin Bratt just showed, good characters can overcome a change of actors. And I agree, Baylon should be in good hands for season 2.

I've never seen an inked page from this series either. Perhaps there's a glorious pile o' pages that Mauro Vargas is sitting on still. I feel like I tried chasing him down once a few years ago and maybe he's in Ecuador, or Argentina? Anyways, I never found the direct line or rep at the time. Might need to add him back on the active hunt list.

Another double drop, eh? Dude, remember the conversation we had recently, where that great revelation was made that you could have Star Wars art to post all year long if you just kept it to once per week. Yes, I understand the daily posting in May, but doubling, tripling and quadrupling on some days?!? May the Force Destroy You!

But... the high SW holidays are all this month. Besides, I have all year now to post more DC superhero art!

Agreed. Especially since Day inked a number of Infantino pencilled issues earlier in the series, which look more like Infantino. Pure Day would have been a treat.

This was the issue Joe also got to do the cover, and used the Batman layout for Darth Vader that he always planned to use if he ever got the chance at DC. Although he swapped the bats for TIEs.
