The face is the best part.  Like she can't be bothered.  Always cool when she carries her mallet like that.  It's like the scales of justice, but for her it's the scales of malice.

I'm not too knowledgeable about the character but this is the best Harley Quinn design i've ever seen.

Can't even tell you how much I love this.  The textures and colors are absolutely fantastic.  It's just amazing how he managed to make those fiery reds so intense without being garish.  I also love the depth that narrowing perspective provides.  Just wonderful.

Such a quintessential depiction of the character.  Besides the incredible linework and washwork, the dusty brown color scheme really lends itself to the obvious Mad Max influenced design.
