CAF Update #139

We run down all the popular artworks posted to CAF between March 20-26, 2023, and also review highlights from sales reported from original Comic Art Dealers and Auction Houses for the same periods.

I've selected 10 auction lots from show sponsor Heritage Auctions upcoming Weekly Comic Art Auction that I've chosen to feature. I know I enjoy featuring anything by Bernie Wrightson, but this Swamp Thing painting is incredible! There is also this Wolverine #85 page by Adam Kubert and Mark Farmer, a John Byrne and Jim Mooney Spider-Man #189 page, an Excalibur #16 page from 1989 by Alan Davis and Paul Neary featuring Nightcrawler throughout, a Jae Lee Uncanny X-Men Annual #16 page, a Mike Grell Superboy #207 page from 1975 that is pretty amazing, a Moon Knight #6 variant cover from 2016 by Bob Hall, this gorgeous Batman vs Predator page by Paul Gulacy and Terry Austin, a Mark Bagley and Al Williamson New Warriors page, and finally this superb end page to Superman: Man of Steel #15 page by Keith Giffen. A little something for everyone's taste in this week's Heritage auction!
