DescriptionThis was the first time Shang Chi dons his new current costume. Really enjoyed Dike’s work in this series and also appreciated Jim Cheung’s new Shang Chi costume design. I know a lot of people prefer the 70’s original Costume. But the new design actually has more Chinese elements to it; from the collar, the lapel going across the chest and Hanfu sash were all true to traditional Chinese clothing. The 70’s costume design was based on karate gi, which is of Japanese origin.Social/Sharing |
