Description

This piece was originally created as a standalone Batman illustration. Jeph Loeb apparently appreciated it and suggested using it for the cover of the 2021 Long Halloween Special. Tim then based the published cover off of this image and modified the background slightly.

Thanks to Jason and Essential Sequential for the opportunity to add this great piece of Batman Long Halloween history.
