DescriptionI love this cover. A pop art masterpiece. Such a great portrait of the Ape General with beautiful inking and great contrast with the inverted silhouettes of the astronauts and primitive humans set against mountains that meld into Ursus' head piece. I only noticed today that Mike also hid the Icarus in that scene. The linework and gray tones are meticulous.I have to thank my buddy Carl for letting go of this one. Social/Sharing |
