DescriptionLike so many other kids in the 90s, Batman: The Animated Series was one of my favorite cartoons. In fact, the art and writing of BTAS set the bar for me in terms of animation. When I watch any animation, it always gets measured against BTAS in terms of visual styling, communication of expression, writing characters and stories which hook the viewer, and comics adaptation. I have enjoyed many cartoons since, but few really wow me or stick with me in the same way BTAS did. The opportunity to add this great Bruce Timm original cel with Batman front and center, signed and remarked by the master, was one I really couldn't pass up.
