My Favorite Artwork Gallery(*) : Dreaming of Creamy, Golden Deliciousness
The infamous Hostess Ads were pure commercialism. They were also crass, cheesy and the artistic content was often as slight as the healthy content of the snacks they were selling. But here's the thing, they were the crass commercialism of a more innocent age and I have never met a Bronze Age comic book reader who didn't have a fondness for them.
