I believe you are referring to Groolactus, a slightly clumsier character who has killed almost as many as Galactus...

This is all sorts of amazing! I would love to see a Surfer/Galactus story drawn by Aragones now. So cool!

This is wonderful. I feel that Aragones's Galactus sticks his tongue out of of the side of his mouth when doing something difficult, like blasting Ego the Living Planet.
