Description

When I was a kid I collected the various Marvel and DC Comics stamp collections that came out... even the one where you (gasp!) had to cut them out of the comics! In 2006 DC produced a series of really cool stamps that I gobbled up as well. As you may know from looking at my comic art collection, I really love sketch cards. They're a great way to collect your favorite characters and artists without breaking the bank. So when Robert Pope recreated these stamps as sketch cards, I just had to have them! This one is one of my very favorites. It SO captures the essence of the original Andru/Esposito Wonder Woman art. It's just beautiful. (I've also included a scan of the set of stamps themselves so you can see how faithful this art is to them.)
