Thor vs Wonder Woman Prelims Part 02

This is the brainstorming prelim page for Wonder Woman. The model I chose to use is, with her permission, Margie Viscera Cox, who, along with Danny and Heather Kelly, are currently filming a fan film of Kingdom Come, based on the graphic novel by Mark Waid and Alex Ross. As you can see I went through different shots of Margie as Diana in order to both get a feel for the look as well as find the appropriate action pose. I settled on the backstance; if Diana's pulling Thor downward, her pose should exhude effort, strength, and skill. I had thought about one hand free balled into a fist, but realistically I don't think she's strong enough to do this with one hand. Besides, she could follow up with entagling and subduing Thor with the lasso since it's unbreakable. I may use some of these poses in future works, but this shot works perfectly for the purpose of conveying DC's mightiest woman bringing a God of Thunder back down to Earth.
