Rogers, Marshall - Dr. Strange 52 Pg 10

As I mentioned in my revised (as of April 2013) bio, while I've been mostly inactive on this site for a while, I've still been active in the hobby. This was a nice pick-up, as I'm very happy to have a page from the all too brief Marshall Rogers & Terry Austin run on Dr. Strange. While I'm thrilled to have any Rogers page at all, to have one from the Roger Stern penned issues of Dr. Strange is a real treat for me. Go see my Paul Smith room to see another great example of something from that run. I'm happy to say that I got to meet Rogers at a few conventions in New York City in the late 1980's/early 1990's, but his death a few years ago, combined with the death of Dave Stevens (whom I never got to meet), kind of renewed my interest in attending comic book conventions. I really enjoy meeting the creators whose work has given me so many hours of enjoyment over the years, and I like to have them sign some trades that are part of my permanent library, and art if I have any. It provides me with reminders of the times I got to meet the people whose abilities I admire and enjoy, and it affords me the chance to thank them in person for the happiness they've provided me.
