Description
Harvey returned to MAD for a short period in the 80s after his tenure on MAD in the 50s. This is one of the few cover prelims he did, and for some reason, Gaines rejected. Lovely rendering, 8 x 10"...a Kurtzman Alfred E. Neuman!!
