Garfield and Friends animation cel setup

(Film Roman) Garfield and Friends ran for 121 episodes starting in 1988. This 3 cel setup, over the key hand painted background, features all three main characters: Jon Arbuckle with his dog Odie and of course, his cat Garfield.

This setup is from episode 34, "Housebreak Hotel" which first aired November 25, 1989. It was published in the book "Totally Awesome: The Greatest Cartoons of the Eighties" by Andrew Farago on page 142, and can also be seen as one of the sample pages for the book on sites such as Amazon.
