I promise you it's pure coincidence that on Easter Sunday I'm posting an egg themed deathtrap!

Batman '66, based (as the name suggests) on the 1966 Adam West and Burt Ward series, takes the character treatments and concepts and legendary "played dead straight" silliness and adds in the one thing it lacked as a TV series, the freedom to have more elaborate set pieces and an unlimitd effects budget that only comics can manage.

Case in point, Egghead, played with his usual ripe aplomb by Vincent Price. Now the comic hasn't been able to use his exact likeness, which is a shame (it's a contractual thing I believe) but the scale of the deathtrap he's created for Batman and Robin is well outside what the series could have achieved.

So when they re-introduced the proper cliffhanger deathtrap (though without the cliffhanger since it's only a short story), I felt I had to at least try and obtain a page, for the sake of completeness. So I ended up with two, courtesy of Sandy Jarrell ( http://www.sandyjarrell.com).
