Description

Getting a commission from Tommy was another incentive for me to head up to Wizard World TX 2005 - I've loved his work in the Bat-universe for DC, and he draws just the most insanely sexy Poison Ivy. I didn't even have to think twice about who to have him draw :) As luck would have it, our wedding anniversary was the week before the con, so my wonderful wife Dennisse was giving me commissions as presents - she got a look at the color commissions Tommy was doing and she decided for me that we were shelling out the big bucks for one. Who am I to argue with that? And then she told him "This is his anniversary present, so make her really sexy!" Who would Tommy be to argue with that? Imagine how happy I was when I picked up this beautiful painting the next morning... he really knocked it out of the park with this piece. She's sexy *and* scary - just the way Poison Ivy should be. Big thanks to Tommy and to Dennisee for this baby! Pencils, ink and watercolors on 11"x14" Bristol.
