Description

First Edition oil painting of Game of Thrones. This is the true first edition cover, and really the keystone of my collection.

Also used on the UK ARC, making it the first public art of GoT in the World.

Also on the UK Preview Sampler which was a few sample chapters.

Giant 42x28 inches.

A history of creating this can be found at pages 68-69 of Fantasy Art Masters by Dick Jude.

Also published in Hyperluminal, by Jim Burns on page 102.

...and one day, the prelim just popped up on eBay... The seller didn't even know what it was! What a lucky find!
