Since it was a last-minute request, I only asked Paolo if it would be possible for him to add (to a commission I asked him sometime before) a pencil sketch of Mickey (since I didn't have any piece featuring the Disney characters that live in Mouseton, such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and so on, drawn by him).

This is what Paolo did. A big color illustration with Mickey Mouse wearing a raincoat and holding a smoking gun and the menacing shadow of Peg-Leg Pete behind. A perfect hardboiled depiction of Mickey.

The colors are just amazing. Paolo's rendition of Mickey is magnificent.
Just perfect.

The coloured paper and the use of pencils makes it look like a charecter sketch for a animation movie which could be called Mickey Spillane Mouse detective.
