I don't think it was exclusive to that event, as I bought that print off of him at Heroes Con in NC summer 2012. He had each piece of the turtles that make up the print on hand at the time, too! They were tempting, I settled for the print, a sketch, & some autographs. Heh. But it's an awesome addition to your collection, for sure!

But it's an awesome addition to your collection, for sure!ah, good to know - thanks! i knew he had it available for at least one con. on his blog he just mentioned the New Mexico one that's why i noted it. it's interesting the way he does his tmnt prints. he seems to piece them together with individual character drawings and fills in the background with a computer. the #21 Ottawa variant was done the same way.
