Description

Near the end of May the artist Mall Licudine posted on her instagram to check out of the art of her friend Jallena Love who lives in the Philippines. She said that Jallena was trying to raise funds to pay medical bills for an illness so of course I decided to check it out and see if I couldn't help her out. Upon viewing her art I immediately knew that I had to find a piece to purchase because I loved her style and what she was doing with what she calls her Nebula Girls.

After commissioning the first kimono girl I decided to commission another of the sketches that she had sent me. During the first commission she had sent updates almost every morning as she was working on it since her time zone is 12 hours ahead of where I live. I loved receiving the updates like that and it was a real pleasure corresponding with her. It really touched my heart when she thanked me for helping her in almost every email. I could tell that she really appreciated my help it was for a good cause so it was truly my pleasure to help her. I had loved this design when she had sent it but I had decided to go with the other one just a little more but I knew since it was helping her I should go ahead and get the second one as well.

What I loved most about this design was the look of tranquility on her face and her beautiful hairstyle. The nebula surrounding her like it is just makes her pop. Another gorgeous kimono girl by a talented artist.
