Description
This is an original color piece by Steve Oliff, one of the early colorists for the Sandman series. Basically Steve made a print, on heavy paper, of the black and white original art drawn by Bryan Talbot and then hand colored it. I'm not exactly sure what he used to color it. I should ask him at some point...
