Description

In this strip Frank King provided some background on Skeezix' obnoxious co-worker, Wilmer, including the fact that he owed his job and promotions to a form of nepotism combined with a bit of bribery. This undoubtedy was intended to show Wilmer as the antithesis of Skeezix, who worked hard and earned every raise he received. The strip also highlights the practical wisdom and general savey nature of the admirable Miss Snipe, who often filled the role of Skeezix' mentor and ally in dealing with office politics which, as he began his working life, Skeezix was still too naive to fully understand.
