Over 30 years ago in 1980, I made this 3D for myself since I had become a fan of George Perez's art primarily due to his work on the New Teen Titans. I probably showed it around at the SDCC during that time, but I then gave it to my good friend Andrew Grogger upon our graduation from DeVry in Phoenix in 1985.

In talking with him recently, he agreed to ship it back to me for cleaning up. That also allows me to take some photos and videos of it for posting here. He was also willing to let me display it at the San Diego Comic Con as a Silent Auction item having had it long enough.

The 3D work again has stood the test of time. Even the colors have held up quite well. very little restoration needed using scan prints. I have repainted the frame and put in Museum non-glare glass given the depth of this 3D.

After restoration, it was shown to George Perez at a comic con in SoCal in 2015 then shipped back to my friend Andrew Grogger to whom I had originally gifted to in 1985.
