So glad you linked this DPS in your description of the earlier one. I love this! While there is every effort to make the John Stewart figure stand out, I have to say it's all the soldiers that really make this spread for me. So much so that I almost wish GL would get out of the way. Ha! I love that all the soldiers are done with no solid blacks, just the incredible linework. And the poses are so dynamic, especially the guys on the left. But yeah, great DPS all around.
Bro, this is one badass depiction of John Stewart! I love how thinly inked all the soldiers are, obviously to create the special effect of them being "energy" or just generally intangible as it were. And of course, them not having any light source rendering on them makes Stewart pop forward even more, especially as he IS pretty deeply shadowed!
Damn dude! This is an incredible DPS image/images. Glad you linked back to it so us post-2016 CAFers could get a chance to be reminded of it's greatness.
