Description

May 8, 1980 (Marvel UK) -- "The Final Battle for Camelot" title page featuring THE BLACK KNIGHT and KING ARTHUR battling Necromon! This is the complete 3-page story which ran as a back-up feature in the issue. Check out the "additional images" for the two other pages from the story (pages 2 and 3), as well as the published cover. This was the penultimate chapter in the popular, long-running Marvel UK Black Knight story. Oh, these pages are really big too, 16" x 24"!

Hulk Comic/The Incredible Hulk Weekly was a black-and-white Marvel UK anthology series that spun out of the Marvel UK flagship title "Mighty World of Marvel." This weekly book (which ran 63 issues) featured the Hulk by Dave Gibbons and Steve Dillon. The stories portrayed the inarticulate, wandering Hulk of the 1970s TV series. Other work in the weekly included Nick Fury, the Black Knight (love the wings on his helmet that the UK artists gave him!), Captain Britain and Night Raven by creators such as David Lloyd, Paul Neary, Steve Parkhouse and John Stokes.
