Description

The Wanderers are another team of superheroes in the 30th and 31st centuries that are allies of the Legion of Super-Heroes. The Wanderers actually had their own ongoing series in the late 80's which was a bit strange at times. The weirdest issue by far was the one where Aviax had sex with a dinosaur (no, really). I really liked the team and hope they get another shot at a series one day. Quantum Queen alone has a ton of untapped story potential, especially with her possible future as a Legionnaire. I also want to see more team-ups between Elvar and Dartalon, maybe on some sci-fi swashbuckling adventures.

From left to right, here we have Dartalon, Psyche, Re-Animage, Quantum Queen, Aviax and Elvar. Joel always makes these characters look cool, but I do believe that this is the best Dartalon has ever looked! I really dig the way Joel drew his face and hair/quills. I also like Elvar's pose a lot, Quantum Queen's hair and just everything about Re-Animage. Thanks for another great commission, Joel!
