Every Marvel character (or team of characters) that Bagley touches instantly turns to gold, in my humble opinion.
And his run on Hulk was so much fun!!
I mean, it started with someone shooting Bruce Banner in the head! How great is THAT?!?
Reminds me of when in the first Avengers movie, Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) says to Cap, Iron Man and Nick Fury, "I didn't see an end so I put a bullet in my mouth, and the other guy spit it out."
Powerful stuff, and the main reason why Marvel RULES!!

Cool, I hadn't seen the original to this issue until now! Great action and energy, and I love the fine lined little bits of crosshatching Hennessy added here. He told me himself that working on this series was the most fun he has ever had in his entire career. The story by Waid started of well, with Banner getting shot in the head as you mentioned, but even though he didn't stay for long, Gerry Duggan took over and I really loved where he ultimately took the story.Congrats, Paul!
