Ludwig Von Drake

Professor Ludwig Von Drake is an anthropomorphic duck, the paternal uncle of Donald Duck, portrayed as a brilliant, yet eccentric lecturer, scientist, and psychiatrist, who frequently displays his vast array of "expert" knowledge on a variety of subjects.
He's a regular character in Italian Disney stories.

Floyd E. Norman is an American animator who worked on the Walt Disney animated features Sleeping Beauty, The Sword in the Stone, and The Jungle Book, along with various animated short projects at Disney in the late '50s and early '60s. He was named Disney Legend in 2007. At age 80, he still works as a storyboard artist and is a freelance consultant for the Walt Disney Company.

Now, Mr. Norman was so kind to find the time, in his busy schedule, to realize this commission for me, a painted piece of Professor Von Drake, clearly inspired by the character design of great Milt Kah. As you can see, the result is simply amazing!
