Gray Hulk by Al Milgrom

When I got my Black Cat sketch from Al Milgrom at Charlotte Minicon, two weeks ago, I asked about the possibility of getting a second sketch. He said if he didn’t have time that day (it was a single-day con that only lasted six hours), he would be willing to do it at home and send it to me. Al was professional and quick, as promised, and delivered the sketch of a lifetime.

For those who are unaware, the gray Hulk returned to Marvel in INCREDIBLE HULK #324 after not being seen or even referenced since the Hulk's first appearance in issue #1. The artist on #324 was Al Milgrom. The writer on #324? Al Milgrom! Al was entirely responsible for bringing the gray Hulk back and though he left the book shortly thereafter, he set the stage for Peter David’s run and changed the entire trajectory and history of the Hulk. So who else could I ask him for but gray Hulk?
