Description

This is another one of my favorite cover prelims. I like the unusual team-up of Captain Marvel and Black Bolt and Dave Cockrum pretty much drew finished artwork for the two characters. This also has some nice pencil shading, using regular pencil this time instead of blue pencil.

The published version was penciled by one of my other favorite artists, Gil Kane. Gil didn't follow the prelim too closely, but the general idea is the same.
