Great pre-lim from a great artist and conceptualizer
Correct Ted, the published verson was Sienkiewicz's first ever cover from very early in his "draftsman" days.

CGC for reasons unknown, incorrrectly states Bingham cover on the copies of #14 they grade and slab. All other source GCB, Overstreet, comics.org, Sienkiewicz himself + his website, not to mention on the original art it has Sienkiewicz on it for purpose of returning the art.
