Description

Al Williamson drawing Flash Gordon. I don't know who's dream came true more, mine or Al's. If there was one artist who could follow in Raymond's footsteps on this iconic creation, it was Al and he certainly out did himself. Although the style and layouts are classic Williamson, I get the feeling of a bit of an additional homage to Raymond's work in the tree top scenes. My first new piece in 2018, I'd say the year is off to a stellar start.
