Gorgeous!
Beautiful painted piece! Congratulations!
Wow hats off to you for buying this!
No kidding! Beautifully painted indeed. A true gem. Must be a sight in person! Sincere congrats!
This is great!
I love everything about this piece: overall composition, angle, colors, mood... Great painting indeed!
Great looking painting. Quitely's style really comes through.
Wow, man. Never seen this. Have to say that's it's the nicest Quitely piece I've ever seen. Right when I start to think that I'm done collecting art, something like this comes along, and reignites that flame.
Thank you!
That's a beautiful piece!
Absolutely beautiful. It's so cool to see a color original by Quitely.
Wow! I don't even know what to say, I'm speechless. I've never seen such a thing, and to see that he was doing this all the way back in the mid 90's?!? What? I love how he did the perspective on this and the 2 figures intertwined in an aerial ballet are magnificent. Furthermore, the colors are lovely and I LOVE the textures created by the paper. Sweet!
An absolutely stunning piece. Stunning. Unlike our two heroes here (who seem borne aloft, effortless, in their aerial ballet), I fall into this piece. There is no unremarkable facet to this masterpiece; the clothes on the clothesline wafting in the breeze, the INCREDIBLE color choices, the perspective, the shading and colors on Daredevil and Elektra (as well as their expressions - especially Elektra's: nothing personal, but oh, so deadly serious...), the light (and poster) in the window beneath Daredevil's right hand (and the poster's shadow on the sill)... even the bricks of the building are just... perfect. But even above all that (literally), it's the night sky that I find most transfixing, with the razor-fine edges that don't overlap onto any building, toe, leg binding, or billy club. An absolute treasure, even in the context of the many other treasures in your gallery, M L! Sincere (and heart-palpitating) congrats!
Never seen a painted Quitely piece before - this is superb. So much painstaking detail to do in paints. Lovely.
Not sure I knew Quitely did painted pieces. Extraordinary.
I've looked at this piece in your gallery multiple times, it's just so epicly good. Great more than good.
