DescriptionYou can never have too much of a good thing, which is why I asked the incredible Simon Gough to add his digital colors to this popular drawing from my collection. Simon also filled in all the final bits of trade dress. I am sure you will agree that the resulting piece is a cut above.Previously... The pencil portion of this Marvel Two in One # 52 commission featuring the Thing and Moon Knight facing off against the villainous Crossfire and his gun-toting minions was setup directly with Sal Velluto c/o his official website. The terrific ink work seen here is courtesy of Bob Almond. I arranged that portion of this commission directly with Mr. Almond via email. Both Sal and Bob get my highest recommendation for their commission services. Regular email updates of their progress. Scans of completed art delivered to my Inbox. Amazing quality work. This is the way it should be done, people. I fondly remember Sal's work on the series "Marc Spector: Moon Knight" from back in my comic collecting days, so it was a natural to have him draw a scene featuring that character. Much to my delight, Sal really took to the idea of re-visiting MTIO 52. It was his idea to do a complete reinterpretation of the cover to that issue, as originally drawn by George Perez and Joe Sinnott. Bob's inks are the perfect compliment to Sal's pencil work. Finally, my gratitude goes out once again to the keeper of the Brotherhood, Damon Owens, for recommending two more great artists for my gallery. Social/Sharing |

this is one of those rare re-creations that I think really exceeds the original. A really dynamic layout and great renderings. Awesome!

Outstanding commission! Pencils, inks, and color are all super, and as others have said, even more compelling than the original
