This was a story illustration for �The Cowboy Who Wouldn�t Fall� by Norma Mansfield. It appeared in The Saturday Evening Post on September 2nd, 1950. Caption was: �Kitty was fighting mad, but Buck merely looked casually at the sky. �Going to storm,� he said.�

Yup, really like the composition. DeMers was one of the many great illustrators working in the slicks during the mid 20th century!
