Description

Almost have a page from every '120's' issue of Avengers. Being my 2nd year into buying comics I already knew Gil Kane was my favorite cover artist and that I loved Sal and Joe's art on this run. Thus I was thrilled to see this pop up for sale on eBay- thank you Patrick for a smooth transaction and filling a niche I needed. It was kind of cool seeing Agatha, this kind of kind old lady, mucking about with FF and Avengers as a guardian/nanny/mentor and this is a great example of her relationship with both teams.

Great page, I absolutely love Staton's inks on Sal Buscema. Marvel bronze age magic!

I've always thought Sal's best inker was Joe Staton.
