Description

(Mushi Production) Astro Boy is often regarded as an originator of both Anime and Manga. The TV series (1963) was based on the original Manga (1952) by Osamu Tezuka. It was in production for 4 years, and was syndicated worldwide.

This 2-cel setup on its key hand-painted background features Astro Boy himself from the 1963 series.

If anyone happens to know which episode this is from, please let me know.
