When this went up for sale in Heritage in November of 2017, I went after it, knowing this may be the last time I ever get a shot at owning a Thor cover by Walt Simonson. Fortunately no one outbid me on my last and final bid! 11 x 17"

Wow! Sinnott's inking really makes this piece standout from Simonson's traditional thor pieces. Fantastic!

Powerful Simonson cover!! I know Marvel was dropping the olde-worlde lingo, but since they went to the trouble of saying "..hath returned..." Shouldn't they have said "...mine hammer..."
