DescriptionA page from original Kirby run on the HULK! With only 6 original issues pieces from this run are scarce and even more scarce are good pages that have full storytelling with great images of the Hulk showing his power.When I saw this page I felt this one had it all.. we have all of the main characters involved in the Hulk mythos, Thunderbolt Ross, Rick Jones, Betty Ross, and Bruce Banner, with powerful images of the hulk showing his invulnerability extreme strength and ferocity ..And further within it we have one fo the major essences of the Hulk storylines which is the army doing its best to figure out how to stop this unstoppable monstrosity.. As a major Hulk fan to acquire a piece like this is really special for me. Thanks for enjoying with me. Social/Sharing |

Always loved this page down to Bruce Banner's looking away while Ross is yelling at him. Every panel a gem. Very curious -- what does the handwriting at the top say? It doesn't look like either Stan's or Jack's lettering but it's hard to see so I might be wrong about that.

Thanks Glen, yea it is funny Banner showing his discomfort with Ross yelling at him so he’s holding his neck and turning his head lol. And Betty is quietly looking on as if to think “ oh Bruce why does my father treat you this way” in almost this feel sorry for him look. If only She knew his real inner strength.. now as far as the writing. The handwriting isi a big sloppy but this is what it looks like it says:
“ While army fights Hulk, continuous on him to spot his weakness—top secret films”
pretty cool eh?
