Kid Quantum II by Derec Donovan

Jazmin Cullen joined the Legion of Super-Heroes after her brother James, the first Kid Quantum, died in the line of duty. Jazmin bore some resentment towards the other Legionnaires at first, but she overcame that and became an invaluable member of the team, eventually becoming leader of the Legion. And I really liked her relationship with Cosmic Boy, which I felt added something new and different to the post-Zero Hour Legion. Anyway, Derec did a fabulous job here depicting the second Kid Quantum. I really like how he visualized Jazmin's time and reality-altering powers with wavy shapes flowing away from her hands. And Jazmin herself looks strong and confident, exactly like a leader should. Thanks again, Derec!
