Kent Shakespeare by Derec Donovan

Kent Shakespeare is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes who was introduced during the "Five Years Later" period. Originally intended to be a descendent of Superman, they never could actually reveal that in the Legion comics of the time because of how the Superman books limited Kryptonian characters post-Crisis. But I loved Kent, and thought he made a great addition to the Legionnaires. Even better, we got a glimpse of him in a possible future where he officially became the Superman of the 31st Century. I asked Derec to draw Kent for me, and he delivered a powerful-looking Kent who looks ready to beat up some baddies! I particularly love the folds in Kent's clothes, the Superman curl in his hair, and the outer space background. Thanks, Derec!
