Wonderful and remarkable piece of History. Congrats
Just Perfect
Best comic book ever! Congrats
SCORE! Major congrats!
Great page!! Classic scene!! Watchmen!! What more do you need to say!? Congrats!!
Congratulations! Great sequence of panels.
Wow...what a score! Congrats!
Magnificent piece. Well done!
Whoa, didnt see this one coming! Congrats!!
caramba carambita...WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
Love the page!!
All together, these nine panels add up to a superior Watchmen page. Cheers!
Excellent!!!
Great scene! I don't think you'll tire of this one anytime soon
I can't find your message board post now, but now knowing what the art is, I think you made a good choice in buying it.
You have the AH! FF variant cover that I talk about missing out on. Congrats! And your Alex Ross stuff isn't too shabby either...
I don't remember you commenting on the FF variant cover. But I think this Watchmen page is always a win!
Very nice page!
Fantastic!!! Another Homerun...congrats Mikail!!!
Mindblowing...
Very nice!
Congrats, just awesome!
Congrats on acquiring this piece of comic book history! It's a beauty (and what a memorabe story it tells!)
Astounding page from a seminal series.
Incredible page from one of the most (literally) electrifying sequences in the whole book!
Truly a Masterpiece. Worth whatever you paid for it.
Fabulous page!
A brutally violent sequence but still no cat in your collection. Get searching. The Doomsday clock is ticking. You need a doomsday cat.
You have two Watchmen pages featuring Mr Hurm and Batman Lite? Wheres Adrians cat? The only decent character in the series? All the others are emotional cripples. Lol.
Bubastis is still learning to reassemble her molecules.
Molecules are not pages but are made of them.
I guess it came dear, but I think it was worth it. Congrats.
Outstanding!!
My first "big 'un"
Wonderful character development page. And the lighting is perfect to set the tone. Great page!
It's glorious, of course. A masterpiece in sequential storytelling, but I don't understand the 'IDW artifact edition' part. Were new pages drawn for an IDW 'reprint?'
The IDW Artifact Edition does not have ALL of Watchmen's OA. This page is not included but my other page is - I suspect the owner of this page at the time did not have it publicly posted and/or did not have a good scan, as this looks to have been in a frame for a long time before it was sent to Heritage.
I understand now. I looked up the IDW Artifact Edition. Have people been selling the scans of the original work that were used in the artifact edition? That could become as confusing as the Lincoln Project Star Trek scripts. I'm glad you know for sure yours is an original!
The heavy black use adds to the menace. Tthe casual violence in the 7th panel while talking about friendship is so typical of Moore's and Gibbon's updated take on '60s superheroes. Masterful work from Gibbons.
