Description

(Pantomime Pictures) Hotwheels was an animated series that aired in 1969-1970 that was based on the die-cast cars by Mattel.

This was the television series that led to the legislation effectively banning cartoons based on toys until the 80s.

This 4 cel setup on hand-painted background features series regulars Kip Chogi, Ardeth Pratt, and Tank Mallory.

If anyone happens to know which episode this is from, please let me know.
