Description

Awesome full page flash featuring the Az-bats version of Batman from the "Knightsend" storyline.

This splash reminds me of my cover to Batman / Punisher Lake of Fire by Barry Kitson. That issue was also released in 1994 during the height of the "Knightquest" and "Knightsend" story arcs when Jean Paul Valley (Azrael) was occupying the mantle of the bat as Bruce was still recovering from having his back broken by Bane during "Knightfall." Basically just flip the image of Az-bats from that cover sideways and you have this splash page.

Great shot of Azrael Bats! Perfect shot pose of him descending on his prey...definitely don't want to be on the other side of this! Congrats!
