Description

At the 2019 Atlanta Comic Con, I asked Vanesa Del Rey for a sketch of Mademoiselle Marie, the French Resistance fighter from DC's Star-Spangled War Stories, with a quote from Leonard Cohen's song "The Partisan"...both the French and the English lyrics. (The English verse is not a literal translation of the French lyrics, just a different verse conveying the same basic meaning while fitting the song's meter.)
