DescriptionIt appears this was submitted to DC and not used.It has the DC copyright (1997) stamp on the back. Wonder Woman 121 was published in 1997. This cover is similar in design to the actual cover on the issue that was done by John Byrne. Not sure why this was done as John was also doing the interiors. One can speculate that John had not committed to doing the covers and DC had this commissioned before John decided to do the covers. Depicts Wonder Woman and Champion among Amazon warriors who have been apparently turned to stone. Social/Sharing |
